Town & Country Meats Group in Taunton is looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our team. If you’re a safe and responsible driver with a positive attitude and good communication skills, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play an important role in delivering orders safely, providing great service to our customers and representing our business on the road.
🚚 Job Description:
− Monday to Friday, with early starts (typically around 4am until finish)
− Competitive rates of pay
− Driver CPC (DCPC) support and ongoing training
− Full PPE provided

✨ What we’re looking for:
− A customer-focused individual with a positive “can-do” attitude
− Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
− Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
− Friendly, polite and approachable manner
− Good understanding of Driver Hours regulations
− Safe and responsible driving at all times
− Confidence loading, unloading and securing goods safely
− Accurate completion of delivery paperwork and documentation
− Flexibility to work early starts when required
− A strong team player who takes pride in their work
