Still celebrating us finally tying the knot, our Rachael is back at the helm in Melton. We’ve had a really difficult summer staff wise with a couple of painful unforeseens. Jordan, Cam Chris and Bill (along with a wonderful makeshift part time crew) have dragged us through somehow and now we are ecstatic to have the Queen back behind the counter! Welcome back big Rach 💪🏼

Here’s a little more from our fave lamb suppliers round the corner. It’s such great, local produce. Why not reserve some for this weekend? 🐑

Would you like to be part of the Reuben’s Darsham team? We’re looking for barista’s and shop assistants. We want people who are as food obsessed as we are to help us run this incredible shop. If you are interested please send a cv over to [email protected]

We’ve recently moved all our lamb supplies over to who are just a stones throw away from our Melton store.

Why? Because they are doing things properly. Their sheep graze on unmolested land by the river Deben on a regenerative farm.

The care and attention that goes in to rearing these incredible animals is visible as soon as you spend even a moment speaking to Alice and her top shepherd, Steve.

We’re so lucky to have people like this right on our doorstep and we’re so proud to be able to provide our customers with something so wonderful and incredibly local!

Internal updates at Darsham. Yes it looks worse than when we started, yes it’s going backwards, yes it’s terrifying but we’re still super excited! You’ve got to break a few eggs to make an omelette!

It’s update time at Darsham station.

Scaffolding is up, painters are in and we’re on the hunt for green fingered people.
