We offer mobile catering services to meet the needs of any event, from birthdays, weddings, funerals and everything in between. You can hire us for a pizza or bar only service - or both together! The beauty with the pod, is that we can adapt our bar service to suit the needs of each event. If you are hiring a hall or have an indoor space, we can offer a full bar service within your booking time or you could set up a marquee for that full al-fresco experience!

Markshall Events & Venue Hire last night for a lovely wedding.

60 pizzas buffet style. So pleased it stayed dry.

We have many more bookings at The Coach House Markshall, Coggeshall for 2027 and 2028 🤩 we are a recommended supplier.

Just collected some lovely oak from a local tree guy. Its ready to go into the log store for seasoning, and will be ready to use next year. Always got to plan ahead 🔥🧡

I use Ash and Oak for flavour, that crispy bottom and beautiful crust.

The oven has to be sitting at 350dgrees to enable us to freshly cook 2 pizzas at a time very quickly. Each pair takes about 60seconds!

Everyone raves about my handmade dough, and having done this now for nearly 3years... i must be doing something right 😍

Secret Meadows last night for Nina's 50th Birthday. What a great idea to hire the whole site and have us to cook up some fresh wood fired pizzas! 39 in total for friends and the family.

We were so busy, we didnt take any photos at all, apart from silly ones at the end of me about to have my own pizza - pepperoni, goats cheese, cheddar, jalapenos and onion... with fresh basil! Gorgeous 🧡

We do here in Framlingham.

Mine is R&H of course and his is our Electrician company that i also work for 2 days a week.

Aswell as two dogs and 4 children combined. Oh yes and i like to re-upholster chairs traditionally as my hobby!

No rest for the wicked.

P.s why is the van parked so close to the pod?

My second event for this weekend was a 10minute drive from home, to Lantern & Larks glamp site in Sweffling, last night.

I catered for 24 guests who had booked the whole site for the weekend 🏕

Cannot believe i dropped a pizza, first time ever!!

As requested by the customer - it was the first time id cooked a Fiorentina (the pizza with the egg in the middle)... wont be doing those again. Very hard indeed!

Last night we were privately hired once again by Vikki, family and friends staying Hidden Meadows Suffolk Glamping 🍕🧡

Small and private events is what i love doing best, plus i do like working by myself from time to time, but i do miss the banter with my staff!
