Dingley Dell Pork Family business producing high quality pork from our own breed, the Suffolk Red, on the East Suffolk Coast. It is owned and run by Mark and Paul Hayward.

Dingley Dell Pork comes from outdoor pigs who are born, reared and bred in the beautiful Deben Valley, near Woodbridge, Suffolk.

Our 60 day Maturato Dry Aged Pork is the most exciting development of our journey to date, highly marbled cuts are placed in our purpose built chambers to mature the pork to perfection. The chambers generate an ideal temperature, humidity and airflow similar in nature to that of an Alpine climate. This brings about a maturation process of enzyme rich fatty acids in the pork, breaking them down into oils and creating a unique range of pork steaks unlike any other produced in the UK.
