Time to Dine Beautiful Buffets Specialising in homemade & tailormade buffets. Catering for all occasions and experienced in all dietary requirements. I've loved cooking all my life.

I was brought up in a home with my mother being an excellent basic cook and my Dad, who spent part of his childhood in Malaya, cooking curries and rice dishes and being influenced by both. I love homemade food that looks beautiful and tastes just as gorgeous - I remember watching a competitive TV cookery programme, when one of the judges said "the food looks beautiful but the taste doesn't send yo

u on holiday". I strive to produce homemade food that does both! I'm a mum of 4 lovely children, who have encouraged me to start this new venture, and are my own personal critics! They all cook, and my youngest son, Tom, is a wonderful creative cook who grows his own produce. My love is to be in the kitchen, creating wonderful tastes, looking as good on the plate as it tastes on the palate. My buffets are homemade, home produced. If you would like to change any of my menus or want to add dishes, that would be my pleasure. I can cater for any occasion. I was asked to cook a vegetarian Mexican meal for a special old friends catch up meal! I produced a beautiful mozzarella tomato dish, refried black beans, a gorgeous broad bean, new potato and pea dish-ideally to go into a tortilla wrap, herbed green rice. Liz and Martin were celebrating their lovely family being together with their gorgeous grandchildren. They asked me to provide a Chinese meal, cooked from scratch, starters, main course and dessert. They needed a couple of dishes to be dairy and gluten free. For dessert, I produced a beautiful dairy and gluten free mango sorbet also delicious brownies.
