Our Guernsey Cows are the heart of everything we do - friendly, gentle and cared for with generations of experience. They graze the lush fields of Briddlesford Farm, helping maintain the Isle of Wights beautiful landscape. From their milk we craft products that are unhomogenised, naturally rich and full of flavour - milk, cream, butter and cheese that reflect the care we give our cows and the land

. Our Farm Shop has the best Island produce under one roof. Fresh Guernsey products, seasonal food, artisan goods and gifts. Open daily from Monday-Saturday 9.00-5.00 and Sunday 10.00-4.00. Our Café offers farm flavours cooked with love and is open daily from 9.00-5.00 (9.00-4.00 winter months). Every Briddlesford dish is made with our own Guernsey products and supporting fresh produce from Island growers wherever possible. We offer hands on family and school farm sessions, where children meet the cows, learn where milk comes from and take part in seasonal farm activities.

It was a pleasure to welcome the Great British Chefs team to Briddlesford and share the story of our family farm, which has been producing Guernsey milk on the Isle of Wight for over 100 years.

From our pedigree Guernsey herd to our on-site processing of milk, cream, butter and cheese, we’re passionate about creating high-quality local produce and playing our part in the Island’s rich food heritage.

The guide showcases some of the fantastic producers that make the Isle of Wight such a special foodie destination, and we’re delighted to be included.

from 2pm–4pm for family farmyard fun at Briddlesford Farm.

Meet our friendly Guernsey cows, discover where milk really comes from and enjoy hands-on children’s activities.
