Channeling my inner .gumbs in this one.

Made some Johnny cakes, which in now realise is basically a dumpling like my grandma used to make.

Filled it up with some SV pork i had hanging around which i lathered with house made jerk sauce.

Stuck some radishes on there with some tweezers cos i’m a pro chef 🥶

Something borrowed from that i’ve been wanting to do for a bit 😎

We made some burrata from scratch (lil bit of a fail but we’ll get the tekkers down) and then i confit some san marzano’s down in wild garlic oil and last years red pepper vinegar 👨‍🔬

Matt just so happened to buy some bottarga that we were gonna put through butter but its definitely better on this ☝🏾

I’ve been working on a few different concepts recently, me and the team have been smashing it so far this year pulling out some crazy good food and drinks 💣

Our space at is looking increasingly more cute and our bistro concept has me gagging for more.

That’s why I’m gonna be launching a series of events we’re aptly gonna call;

NEIGHBOURHOOD WORLD TOUR 🌍

We’re thinking family meal style service, big sharing plates influenced from all around the world!

You’re not gonna wanna miss this, tickets are gonna be super limited and we’ll only be showcasing each menu ONCE 😱

matts been banging on at me about making gnocchi for a while, so much so that he came through with the some peng sweet potato gnocchi dough 😮‍💨

We went picking wild garlic so thought it best to keep it simple and use all the bits, made a little WG stem infused oily butter thing then threw in some white wine vinegar in lieu of white wine (somebody drank it all 🌚)

then everything had a nice little pan fry and some cracked black pepper then voila!

This guy made the menu at but tbh i’m not planning on going for more WG so get it down ya before it wilts and i’m stuck making fu**in pesto like everyone else 🙃

might still make pesto tho cos you keep asking
