MAD SNACKS SUPPER CLUB
No. 2 — 15th October
A six-course tasting menu from Clint Webbe of Mad Snacks / Pizza Freakz.
20 seats only.
After the first one, we’re doing it again.
The second instalment of Mad Snacks Supper Club, a series of small, intimate dinners built out of the Mad Snacks test kitchen above Pizza Freakz and hosted downstairs at Pump Street Social.
Six courses, completely from scratch, built around high quality ingredients, techniques and combinations I’ve wanted an excuse to cook. No gimmicks. No “deconstructed” anything. Just really fu***ng good food that’s probabeebly been thought about far more than is healthy.
The menu will be completely different from the first supper club, but the idea stays the same: somewhere between a refined tasting menu and the kind of food obsession that keeps me awake at night.
Expect a relaxed atmosphere, loud conversations, good music, too much prep and food that’s been overthought in the best possible way.
Thursday 15th October £60 per person // Optional w**e pairing +£35
