A summer wedding favourite 🤍

Roast beef with all the trimmings, carved right at the table for guests to enjoy. There’s something special about a proper roast shared around the table - even in the height of summer!
And judging by the plates coming back to the kitchen… there’s never much left! 😋

Last weekend we had the pleasure of catering for a beautiful couple on their wedding day. Set on an amazing Dairy Farm the day was incredible.

Canapés:

• Honey & Mustard Sticky Sausages
• Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese on Dill Pancakes
• Chicken Tikka Skewers
• Tomato & Basil Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze
• Lamb and Feta Bites with Minty Yogurt
• Battered Cod with Tartare Sauce.

Main:
Roast Beef carved at the table with all the trimmings

Trio of desserts:
• Lemon Cheesecake with a Ginger Biscuit base
• Rainbow Meringue Kisses with Blueberries
• Chocolate Mousse served in an edible chocolate cup

Evening guests enjoyed delicious Cheese and Chutney’s Grazing Table

With another heat wave on the way the bbq is back in full operation….. Chicken Kebabs coated in chilli, sesame and honey glaze for a BBQ platter, good for any occasion or function. Served with light salads its an ideal summer meal.
