Last Thursday under the arches 🍷

A small group joined us in Digbeth for our latest Urban Winery Tour, spending the evening inside the winery with Richard, tasting wines where they’re actually made and learning more about urban winemaking in Birmingham.

Each visit lasts just over an hour and includes a guided tasting inside the working winery itself, with groups kept intentionally small (maximum 12 people).

£25 per person.

Richard checking in on the 2025 Chardonnay.

Still fermenting, still evolving.

Part of the rhythm of the winery is tasting through the barrels week by week, following how the wine develops through fermentation and seeing what the vintage is starting to become.

This one’s a Burgundian clone Chardonnay from Herefordshire, currently fermenting slowly in the cold railway arches in Digbeth.

Real winery work, real time.
