MEET THE OWNER 👋🏼💚

I’m Ash — the face behind PREPPED Nutrition… although most of the time you’ll find me looking exactly like this 😂 gloves on, head down and surrounded by food!

PREPPED isn’t a big team behind the scenes. I’m the one planning the menus, shopping, prepping, cooking, portioning and packing your meals each week 💪🏼

I started PREPPED because I wanted to make meal prep that actually tastes like proper food.

No bland chicken and broccoli.
No tiny portions.
Just fresh, tasty, high-protein meals that make staying on track that little bit easier 🤌🏼

Seeing PREPPED grow, watching familiar names come back week after week and hearing how much you enjoy the food genuinely means the world to me. 🫶🏼

So whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’ve only just found us…

Hi, I’m Ash 👋🏼
And welcome to PREPPED 💚🐛

Now tell me — how long have you been following PREPPED? 👇🏼
