Adam’s Happy Hens are opening their new farm shop and cafe on Monday, 03rd August and I was lucky to be given a sneak preview when dropping off some ribs.
I said amazing a few times but when you consider all this work was done in house then you can understand my reaction.

Visited Rock’s Chippy today and was not disappointed but that also didn’t surprise me. Rick was the executive chef at Welbeck Estates so I know the focus on quality and producing food that delivers on taste.
Rick opened this chippy back end of last year and goes the extra mile to make everything with the extra finesse such as cooking the chips in beef dripping rather than oil.
These days fish and chips is a guilty passion but what a treat!!!!
