Meet Our New Food Vendor: Blazing BBQ
Blazing BBQ is joining us at the taproom, bringing proper freshly cooked BBQ with big flavours and generous portions. They’re known for serving quality wood‑smoked food at pop‑ups, events and festivals, and now they’ll be firing up with us too.

If you love bold BBQ, hot off the grill, you’ll want to try them when they’re next at the taproom.

🍂 New Food Truck Alert: Meet Pappabelle! 🇮🇹🍝

We’re excited to welcome Pappabelle, a small Italian food truck from Norfolk, run by two people who genuinely love good food and bringing people together over it. Their autumn menu is full of warm, cosy flavours — slow‑cooked beef ragu, creamy chestnut mushrooms, ’nduja & prawns, Taleggio, Tuscan beans and plenty of cheesy garlic bread.

They’ll be at the taproom on Saturday 7th November, alongside live music from Ska Dust.

A little glimpse of a project that's been quietly maturing in the background.
These sweet chestnut casks have been filled with our spirit for bit more than two years. Since then, the spirit has slowly developed, taking on colour, character and complexity from the chestnut wood.
The casks are now ready to be emptied, and we're looking forward to tasting the finished result. Sometimes the best things in c***r making simply take time.
