Not many places actually have a Classic Carbonara on the menu, made the traditional Italian way – but at G-Lite, you get the choice.

Our Classic Carbonara is made with free-range eggs, crispy guanciale, Pecorino Romano and black pepper – no cream.

Prefer the creamier version? There’s a Creamy Carbonara too, with smoked pancetta, cream, egg, Parmesan and black pepper.
