This one is still very much in the experimental phase - Dubai inspired Strawberry & Pistachio Brownie. I'm not loving it. The strawberry overpowers the pistachio. I do love the pretty swirls of pistachio creme though! Back to the drawing board! 🍓🍫

This week from the test kitchen..🍋 Lemon bars 🍋 Lemon drenched buttery shortbread base with a deliciously thick tangy lemon layer. Think lemon meringue pie without the meringue! A perfect treat for this warm weather - I can heartedly recommend serving it for pudding with berries and fresh cream, or as it is with a cuppa in the garden 😋

Triple layer chocolate sponge layered with chocolate buttercream, covered in sparkly gold chocolate buttercream and golden star sprinkles, topped with a hand sculpted and painted Derpa. All ready for the birthday party of a big K Pop Demon Hunters fan!
