We experimented with some side dishes last night and they went down an absolute storm! 🔥

So much so that we didn't even get a picture of the Bahji Bites before they sold out!

We also had

🥒 Frickles (battered fried pickles)

and

🌶 Piquante Poppers (piquante peppers that we stuffed with cream cheese, herbs and facon, battered.

They work perfectly for pop-ups at breweries and taphouses to make a full meal, perfect with all of those pints! 💪

Skin on fries drizzled in avocado mayo, topped with a dollop of our whipped feta, pearl peppers, tamari toasted seeds and hot honey 🔥

Our new and improved Katsu loaded fries!

You might have seen on our stories that we have been experimenting back at base camp...

Although we liked how we made it before, we thought why not jazz it up and add cheese, because what isn't better with cheese?!

It's now cheese loaded fries smothered in our Katsu curry sauce, topped with crispy onions a yuzu matcha mayo and black sesame 🤤

We will be serving it all weekend at the Worthing Girls Rugby, come try it for yourselves!

P.S we are also launching another new dish tomorrow so keep an eye out!

The globally recognised and clearest indicator that Christmas is barrelling towards us faster than Santa's sleigh when he has to visit 8 billion people in 24 hours, has finally arrived...

Our Festive Fries are back in all their glory and we'll be serving them up over the next two months to help get you all in the Christmas Spirit!

Below are where you can find us over the next couple of weeks and if you're still looking for the perfect food for a Christmas party, we've still got a few dates left in the calendar, so drop us a message!

We're not ones to usually jump on a viral trend, and this may be a chicken and egg situation, but we just so happen to be debuting our first Korean dish while K-Pop banger Golden is sitting at number one in the UK charts...

Who inspired who, we may never know, but if these chips are as catchy as that damn song you won't want to miss them!

Korean food is becoming more and more popular globally, and with flavours like this, it's not hard to understand why. For lovers of the Mt Fuji this dish is an absolute must as it brings a little bit more heat with some gochujang paste, but this is complemented perfectly by the sweet and sour of the other toppings, making this a dish absolutely packed with flavour!

Our Korean inspired BBQ chips, skin on fries drizzled with a kimchi mayo, spicy and sweet Korean BBQ sauce, kimchi, home pickled cucumber and black sesame seeds.

It's up to you to decide if we should bring them to Worthing Food and Drink Festival this weekend - go vote on our story!!

Hot new competition for our Tikka...

This dish has got to be our most requested to date, for years people have been asking for satay and so far the Mount Semeru has been going down a storm! Taking inspiration from the birthplace of satay, the Indonesian island of Java, this dish could even be a contender for the number one spot…

Skin on fries loaded with satay sauce and chunks of paneer cheese, topped with spicy sriracha, toasted coconut flakes and fresh coriander.

As much as it pains us to say it...Summer is finally drawing to a close but WHAT A SUMMER IT HAS BEEN!!!

It's been an incredible season for Summit Tasty, even though it feels like it's gone by in a flash, thank you to everyone who has played a part in this!

But don't worry there are still lots of events coming up, and plenty of opportunities for you all to come and get your chippie fix before we go back into hibernation for the winter.

Who's coming to see us next Friday at Elm Grove Primary School for their summer fair?!

They're trying to raise as much money for the school as possible so it would be great to see loads of you down there and of course we'll be there serving up our chippies, so there's really no reason to miss out!!
