Hello! I can’t believe it’s almost the end of April and I haven’t posted to my grid at all yet this year. Life has been a CRAZY rollercoaster and it’s been exhausting, overwhelming, emotional and sometimes just a bit s**t if I’m honest. Since January I’ve moved house, lost a family member, done emergency vet’s visits and spent ridiculous amounts of money on vets bills for one of my dogs, cut a friend out of my life and to top it all off I turned 50 😳 When social media seems to be full of people having the best time, living their best life and I’m just here treading water that’s when I retreat into my shell. I didn’t intend for my hiatus to be so long tbh and I think if I left it any longer I may never have shown my face again so I’m here saying hello and hoping the bloody algorithm doesn’t do me dirty 🙈 So tell me, what did I miss??

For the Wildly In Love: Can you imagine getting married with wild horses and long horn cattle grazing in the background? At this incredible wedding venue you get to do just that. I can’t describe how peaceful and serene it is at The Knepp Estate and it was captured beautifully in this reel by who styled these incredible stretch tents to perfection.

We debuted our exclusive Knepp Platters that day using the incredible charcuterie which is made onsite, you literally can’t get more local than that and the flavours were incredible. A huge thanks to Ian for giving me a tour of everything back of house and showing me the work that goes in to curing all the estate meats. I will be signing up to join him on the first butchery course when they launch.

Our last wedding of the year happened yesterday. Lots of platters for the meat eaters, veggies and vegans alike. We had them all covered….

Congratulations to our lovely couple M&R who are off on honeymoon tomorrow and will be spending Christmas in Mauritius (I’m not jealous at all! 😫)

That was our last trip to London this year but we will be back in 2026 for our first London wedding 🎉🎉

Our lovely clients are hosting a choir performance singing carols at their beautiful home tonight and they asked us to provide some light grazing for the guests.

The driveway is lit by flaming torches, the house is bedecked in twinkling lights and decorations and the drinks will definitely be flowing by now. Adding in the beautiful voices of the local choir and it really does feel magical 💫

The first of the platters waiting to be wrapped earlier, these bad boys, plus a few others, went over to the offices in Brighton this afternoon. Having never had an office job the thought of working in one has never appealed, until today! Let’s just say these offices were FUN 🎉🎉 They definitely proved that an office doesn’t have to be boring and luckily our food isn’t boring either so I think we were a good match.

Corporate food doesn’t have to be beige! 🌈

They’re back!!! Our Little Elves Christmas Eve Boxes are back again for the little people in your life. As always they are packed with both savoury and sweet treats. The perfect snack to snuggle down and watch Christmas movies with🎄

Christmas Eve is always busy so we will only be doing a limited number of these. £15 per box, collection from Worthing. DM to book

We are also doing adults Cheese & Charcuterie Boxes for Christmas Eve and NYE. These are mostly savoury with a little sweet treat. £25 each

The colourful food and the equally colourful flowers from certainly brightened up a grey winters day yesterday.

Happy 70th Birthday to the lovely Janice who had probably the largest birthday cake I have ever seen!

Special thanks to the ladies at .worthing for all of their help. Such a great event space if you are looking for one to hire. The outside terrace will be fab in the summer months and of course we can come and do your catering!
