This is my favourite pasta dish that l've been cooking with chilli oil for 20 years.
Not added just for the heat.
Not stirred in blindly.
Finished with intent.
Slow cooked ragù.
Linguine coated properly.
Parmesan melting into the heat.
A final glug of chilli oil over the top.
Not to overpower - To lift - To deepen - To bring it all alive.
This isn't just any Bolognese.
This is the Criminal Sauce Chilli Oil version of Linguine Bolognese

Last night we took Crimson Fire into Soho’s Chinatown.
Straight to Ji Chicken. No hesitation.

Taiwanese fried chicken.
Extra crispy.
Extra bold.

Then we added the fire.

Sweet heat. Crunch. Drip.

When the base is that good, it doesn’t get overpowered —
it levels up.

Respect where it’s due. That chicken holds up.
