I've been through my book of contacts and with help from Pat at Independent Republic of Jolter - Cider and Perry Bar and Albert Johnson of Ross-on-Wye Cider & Perry Co we have brought together an incredible line-up from some of the country's finest, multi-award-winning perry makers. But that's not all...
I'm especially proud to be pouring perry from two very local makers who, between them, have over 70 years of perry-making experience. Until now, their perry has never been available to the public.
