We are recruiting a Part-time tearoom and farm shop assistant to join our team. 🥳🥳
About Us:
We are a cozy, welcoming tearoom, Farm shop and clothes room that takes pride in providing our customers with a relaxing environment to enjoy delicious food and drinks in our tearoom, freshly baked goods in our farm shop, and browse our beautiful range of country clothing. We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable retail Assistant to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
* Serve a variety of teas, coffees, and meals.
* Assist with maintaining stock levels.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the tearoom, including table setting, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
* Process customer orders and handle cash and card payments.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
* Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage roles is an advantage but not essential.
* Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
* Food safety knowledge or willingness to learn.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
