You are not ready for this flavour combo. We’ve taken our secret cookie dough focaccia and levelled it up with rich dark chocolate and a generous sprinkle of sea salt.

To make it even more perfect, we bake it using local .produce cold-pressed rapeseed oil for that flawless, golden crust.

There is something so wonderfully comforting about breaking bread with friends. 🥖✨

Our latest sharing platters are a celebration of everything humble and whole. We’ve brought together incredible, characterful Welsh cheeses, our own freshly baked artisan breads, and a selection of savoury dips that you’ll want to scrape clean.

There is nothing quite like the buzz of a Humble & Whole evening. We’re still buzzing ourselves from seeing all of you tucked in, sharing plates, and bringing our Sri Lankan night to life. 🍛🍂

From the first crack of a poppadom to the last sip of fizz, the energy was pure magic. We don’t just bake—we build community, and seeing you all enjoying yourselves is exactly why we do what we do.

We’re thrilled. We’re grateful. We’re already thinking about the next one. 🥂

It has been such a lovely week at the bakery so far! ☀️ Seeing the courtyard full of friendly faces is exactly why we do what we do.

We are open until 4pm today, and yes—the rumors are true we have ice cream!🍦 come grab a scoop and hide from the sun in the courtyard.

Because the temperatures are staying high, we’ve decided to give our hardworking team a little breather. We will be closed tomorrow (Thursday) to give everyone some well-deserved respite from the heat. 🧊

We’ll be back and refreshed on Friday, open all through the weekend as usual.

Today: Open until 4pm (Get that ice cream!) 🍦
Thursday: Closed for staff respite 🌿
Friday – Sunday: Open as usual

About Saturday night… ✨🍷

The courtyard was glowing, the fire pit was roaring, and the spirit of this beautiful old building was truly alive. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening for our ‘Prosecco & Picky Bits’ social.

From the fairytale lights reflecting in the wine glasses to the smell of fresh rosemary focaccia and truffle cheese shavings in the air—it felt like exactly what this space was meant for. We saw old friends catching up and new acquaintances being made over blankets by the fire.

The feedback has been wonderful, and seeing the courtyard full of laughter reminded us why we love what we do here at Humble & Whole. This building has so much heritage as a place to socialise, and we’re so proud to be its current custodians.

The food kept flowing, the wine kept pouring, and the memories were made.

Didn’t make it to this one? Watch this space. We are already planning the next chapter for our courtyard and cellar.
