It's world baking day 😍
Did you know that our Welsh Cold Pressed Rapeseed oil is perfect for baking with? From cheese scones, brownies and lemon drizzle, to hot cross buns and focaccia and anything in between.
You can use it instead of butter in your bakes, making them healthier by reducing the saturated fat content. Not only does it do that, but it also makes perfectly light and fluffy bakes. The oil mixes in to your recipes really easily unlike butter, meaning you don't have to work your batter or dough as much.

Want to give it a go? There are some great recipes on our website, or you can use your own recipes and swap out 100g of butter for 80g of oil.
