NEW SEASON SPRING LAMB BOXES AVAILABLE

COLLECTION @ 11am-12pm on Sat 29th Aug.

Each Lamb box will contain the following:
* 2 x leg joints
* 2 x shoulder joints
* Diced neck fillet
* Loin chops
* Cutlets
* Burgers

The first 2026 New Season lambs are from our flock of Wiltshire Horn sheep and will be tender and with a mild flavour. At £15/Kg each pack should be approximately 7kg (£99) and are Vac packed and fully labelled, suitable for freezing.

I am now taking orders for our next round of beef boxes

These will be ready to collect from the farm 11am-12pm on Saturday 22nd August

Packed and labelled ready for the freezer, this beef is from our grass fed slow grown pedigree herd.

Each BEEF box will contain approximately the following (subject to change):
•1 premium joint (Silverside/Topside)
•1 slow cook joint (Brisket/Top Rump)
•2 x Sirloin Steaks (minimum)
•2 x Rump Steaks (minimum)
•2 x Flat Iron Steaks (minimum)
•2 x Braising Steaks (minimum)
•Diced Shin
•Diced Braising Steak
•Minced Steak
•8+ beef burgers
• the odd surprise cut!!!!!

You can also add any of the following if you wish:
• Fillet Steaks (pair) £40/kg
• Rib Eye Steaks (pair) £25/kg
• Sliced Liver £5/kg
• Diced Kidney £5/kg
• Diced Heart £5/kg

The beef is from our slow grown grass fed herd, and has been dry aged for approx 28 days. In order to make it fairer to everyone we have standardised the boxes.

Every box will contain approx 7kg at £17/kg so each box will cost roughly £120
