After a wonderfully busy few months (thank you! 💛), it’s time for us to take a short break to recharge.

🌿 Our online shop will be closed from 10th–24th August.

📦 Last day for orders: 9th August
✨ Orders placed during our break will be packed and dispatched from 25th August.

A little Café de Paris Herb Mix goes a long way! 🌿✨

For this salmon dish, I mixed a teaspoon of the dried herbs with hot water first, then added crème fraîche and drizzled it over the top for an easy, flavour-packed sauce.

This versatile French-inspired herb blend is great with fish, seafood, steaks, potatoes, vegetables, lamb, sauces, and even stirred into yoghurt for a tasty dip. It also makes a delicious Café de Paris butter – simply mix 2 teaspoons of the herb blend into 100g softened butter, season to taste, and chill until firm.
