Well this went down very well on Monday.

This is our Apricot Baklava (بقلاوة المشمش) with an Orange and Cardamon Syrup. And yes it tastes as good as it looks.

Made fresh in our kitchen, we've developed this for a customer for the favours at her wedding. She loves baklava but it needed to be nut-free.
