🎉🥉 EXCITINGLY We are very proud to say that last week we entered our whole raw milk for the first time into the Great Yorkshire Show and received a BRONZE award from nine entries! 🥉🎉

🥛 Whilst we don’t sell our raw milk this is the beginning of the milk that enters our vending machine and is only gently pasteurised to make it as safe as it can be.

🥰 Super proud of Farmer Richard and his dad Paul for this award as it shows the dedication, many hours and love that go into our cows and farming every single day! From milking them twice a day to growing the crops that feed the cows through the winter months.

🐮 Thanks to our wonderful herd for their beautiful milk and to our customers for continuing to support us as we have entered into our fourth year of selling our milk and of course the Great Yorkshire Show for the award ❤️

🧱 Over the last 12 months we have been working hard on a weekend to take down an old shed which was used for our youngsters and have replaced it with a brand new shed.
🐄🐮 😄We are finally now at a point where we have been able to move some of the cows into the new shed and it’s looking great! They seem to be really enjoying it and it is working well and easier to feed and clean them out. They’ve been enjoying watching us over the last few months, keeping their eye on what’s going on!
⏱️ Still a little bit more work to do on the final couple of sections. Then onto something else as we are always trying to update the buildings that were put up in the 1980’s when the farm was actually built here by the family and of course make work a little bit easier and the cows as happy as they can be! 🐄🐮🧱🥰
