OUR BUSIEST DAY YET!

With the absolute MEGA hoard we brought today, I genuinely did not think for one minute it would all go.

And somewhere between making this post and finishing writing it… THE LOT HAD GONE! 😳

I’m absolutely lost for words. I truly didn’t think we would sell out today, especially with the amount we brought with us.

But because of all you awesome people, we’ve just had our BEST DAY YET!

Honestly, we are beyond grateful. Thank you all so, so much! ❤️

Right! I know I say this a lot… but just LOOK at this! It’s RIDICULOUS!

This is without a doubt the BIGGEST line up we have ever put out.

30FT OF CAKE! 😳

We’ve brought 63 different types of bakes with us today. 63!! And multiples of every single one!

We’ve gone absolutely wild with this one.

We’re set up, we’re ready… Skirlington, come and see this for yourselves! 👀

Here we go! We are set up and ready. It’s been a busy old start today!

We are aiming to be here until around 2pm as always, but we have been known to get absolutely mobbed early doors. So if you’ve got your eye on something, I wouldn’t leave it too late!

The full colossal line up is out, the stall is loaded and we’re ready for another cracking Saturday in Beverley.

A little behind the scenes look at how I shoot my content for Totally Caked.

There’s really no big secret to it. I try to capture as much footage as possible, build up plenty of B-roll and then bring everything together in the edit with a voiceover.

I’m completely self taught and still learning every time I pick up the camera, but hopefully this gives anyone wanting to create their own content a little insight into how I do mine.

For anyone wondering about the gear I use:

Main Camera: Sony ZV-E1
Lens: Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS II
Market footage: Mainly shot on the DJI Pocket 4

3 WEEKS IN… FINALLY TURNING A CORNER!

It’s been just over 3 weeks since I injured my back and, finally, I’ve noticed a massive improvement.

I made it back to Beverley on Saturday, which looking back was probably a week too early, but I got through it!

The last few days have been completely different. I’m walking further, moving better and finally starting to feel like myself again.

Still taking things steady and definitely not rushing anything, but after a pretty frustrating few weeks, it feels good to finally see some proper progress.

Thank you to everyone who’s messaged, commented or asked how I’m getting on. It really is appreciated.

Hopefully it’s onwards and upwards from here! ❤️

I’M BACK, GUYS! 🙌🏼

Take it easy with me today. I’d say I’m about 70–80% recovered, but the main thing is… I’m back!

We’re all set up and ready to go with another colossal line up of bakes. We’re aiming to be here until around 2pm, or until we sell out!

It feels so good to be back behind the stall doing what I love. Come down, say hello and grab yourself a box for the weekend!

Midweek orders DONE! Now the weekend madness begins!

Wholesale orders and Mystery Boxes are heading out, PYO is next, and then it’s two solid days getting those colossal market line ups ready!

And with my back finally heading in the right direction, I’m hoping this weekend means a return to BOTH Beverley & Skirlington!

I’ve seriously missed being there… even the absolute carnage!
