LIFEBOAT FISH BAR, SCARBOROUGH 🐠

We’d originally headed to Scarborough to try North Bar Fish & Chips, after they’d recently finished 6th in the country. But after chatting to some locals, they convinced us that Lifeboat was the one to go to instead 👀

We’ve visited a few times now and it’s always been right up there for us! After queueing for half an hour in the boiling hot sun, we were absolutely starving by the time our food arrived 😂

And, as always, everything was top tier. The cod was flaky inside with perfectly crispy batter, the chips were fluffy and delicious, and even the scraps were a nice addition🤤
Of course, we had to add curry sauce and mushy peas too, an unbeatable combination! 👌

It wasn’t the cheapest though, with a regular cod, large chips, curry sauce, mushy peas and a can of Fanta coming to just under £20. That said, we definitely felt like the food lived up to the price!

Definitely one of our favourite fish & chip spots!
