1. Choose one with a strong green handle
2. Check the skin to make sure there’s no soft bits
3. Turn it upside down to check there’s no cracks across the base

No one found today’s golden pumpkin so we’re going to roll it forwards to next weekend - if you find it you’ll win your wheelbarrow full of pumpkins!

For any new followers I thought I’d introduce ourselves - we’re Rob and Jen, and along with Robs parents we started Yorkshire Pumpkins back in 2018! We still grow all our pumpkins here on the field you pick them in and you’ll find David, Rob’s Dad, sizing the pumpkins for you whilst Caroline, Rob’s Mum, serves up her homemade pumpkin soup in the cafe! 🎃

You’ll find Rob and I in the pumpkin barn - if you’ve got any questions about anything do ask - we love to chat all things pumpkins with you!
