The Taylor Made Kitchen

Wow time flies when you’re having fun

Nine years ago, this was us at our very first official event with the Taylor Made Kitchen food truck in Middlesbrough.

It’s hard to believe this photo was taken nine years ago. We were just getting started, figuring things out as we went, serving food from the truck and having absolutely no idea where the journey would take us.

There have been plenty of long days, late nights, changes, challenges and a lot of lessons along the way, but seeing this photo really puts into perspective just how far TMK has come.

From that first event in Middlesbrough to where we are today at Shambles Market in York, it’s been one hell of a journey.

A massive thank you to everyone who has eaten with us, worked with us, supported us, followed us and been part of TMK over the last nine years.

Time really does fly.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Big news from TMK! We’ve got a brand new till system and an updated menu, bringing you a smoother ordering experience and some tasty new options. You’ll see some fresh new additions plus your old favourites still holding it down. Ordering’s a little different now: build your burger your way with extras, swap in loaded fries as part of your meal deal, or even upgrade your drink to a b**r. Come check it out—same TMK vibe, even better options.

🏆 A proud moment for The Three Jolly Sailors! 🏆

We’re delighted to have received the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2026, and we’ve also been featured in a food review in The York Press! 🥂

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited, recommended us, and taken the time to leave a review. Whether you’re a familiar face or popped in while visiting the coast, your support means so much to us.

And to our team, in the kitchen and out front, thank you for all your hard work and care. You’re a huge part of what makes the Jollys special. ❤️

We’re proud of our village pub, and we look forward to welcoming you for more home-cooked food, a few drinks and good company.
