11 years ago I was winning the uk pastry open, giving me a qualification to be in the UK Pastry team at the world pastry cup. Time has passed but the memory of the intensity and adrenaline that you get when competing is still intact ! I do recommend to any pastry chef to compete, not necessarily to win but to challenge yourself, push to be better. It’s all an amazing experience.
