🍅 I say tomato … Thermomix says sauce!!

A whole load of beautiful homegrown tomatoes turned into a delicious sauce — with the Thermomix doing most of the work. 🙌

❌No jars ❌No unnecessary additives or preservatives... Just a few simple ingredients and a bit of Thermomix magic💚

And the best bit? Using tomatoes you’ve been given makes it even cheaper! 😂

Healthy ✅Tasty ✅ Speedy ✅ Done!💚

POV: You think you can’t afford a Thermomix… 👀

Today I’ve made:

🧀 1 litre of cheese sauce
🥗 Asian salad
🌿 500g pesto
🍌 Banana cake
🥩 Korean pork chops
🥧 Pastry for a quiche
🍋 And a jar of marmalade! 😂

And the best bit?

The bananas and cheese were heading for the bin…
The marmalade was made from the leftover lemon trimmings from making lemonade…
And the kale was FREE from my neighbour’s allotment ! 😍

So it’s not just about what a Thermomix can cook.

It’s about using what you already have, making things from scratch, saving food from the bin and getting so much more out of your weekly shop. 💚

Because sometimes the question isn’t “Can I afford a Thermomix?”

It’s “Can I afford NOT to have one?” 😉

One of THOSE days… 😩

Busy busy busy & Zero brain power left!❌No inspiration & no idea what to cook 🙈

So I let Cookidoo do the thinking for me…

After 11 weeks it was back to Year 13 today …. And this year feels a little different - Year 13! 😭 The last first day back photo ever as Uni beckons next year 😳

This year I’m making back to school snacks for lunchboxes🎒🍪 — cookies for a treat and energy balls for a quick boost in between lessons 💚

Maybe next year the shopping list will look a little different with a Thermomix on the uni shopping list?! 👀💚

At least I won’t have to worry about her eating properly then! 😅

🍞 Bread proving ready for lunch
🥛 Natural yoghurt fermented overnight.
🥭 Fresh fruit & homemade yoghurt for breakfast.

And the sun is shining too! ☀️
