Thornybeck Farm We are a small family-run farm based on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, breeding and rearing rare breed pigs and sheep.

We are a small family-run farm based on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park between Whitby and Scarborough. We specialise in breeding and hand rearing Oxford Sandy and Black pedigree pigs and a small flock of pedigree Jacob sheep.

Donald the highland bull has just arrived to spend the winter with our girls Eriskay and Dalwhinnie. Hiding amongst this little group are calves Colonsay and Bladnoch🥰

Just to let all our lovely customers know we will be at Wykeham Farmer's market this morning with our delicious highland beef. We will also have duck eggs available today from our trio of Aylesbury ducks, excellent for baking😋🍰hope to see you there😊

Just to let all our customers know we have our highland beef at last, hooray😀and will be at Wykeham Farmer's market tomorrow morning (Friday 25th) Looking forward to seeing you all there. Thank you for being so patient, we appreciate it's been a long wait this time but hopefully it will taste all the better for it😊

We're really sorry to have to tell all our customers that we will not in fact be at Wykeham Farmer's market tomorrow (Friday) as there has been a delay beyond our control with our highland beef. Hopefully we will see you all next week but we will keep you informed.
