Hi everyone. We’re deeply saddened to say that our planning application has been refused. Details on the refusal decision can be found within the Officers Report in the link below. The report contains several inaccuracies, omission’s and wrong assumptions, all of which we will be strongly contesting as part of the appeal process. We have already submitted our appeal and will be OPEN AS NORMAL throughout the appeal process (as is our legal right) Rest assured, we will continue to fight!
