Raskelf Rare Breeds believe in traditional farming to rear the very highest quality meat. All our animals are traditional, native or heritage breeds and as such they take longer to mature and produce smaller carcass. This traditional extensive method of farming allows for much higher welfare and quality of meat. All our beef is allowed to grow up to 30 months and is also hung for 21 days t ensure you enjoy the full flavour and tenderness of the meat.
