Raskelf Rare Breeds believe in traditional farming to rear the very highest quality meat. All our animals are traditional, native or heritage breeds and as such they take longer to mature and produce smaller carcass. This traditional extensive method of farming allows for much higher welfare and quality of meat. All our beef is allowed to grow up to 30 months and is also hung for 21 days t ensure you enjoy the full flavour and tenderness of the meat.

Thank you for a great job and putting up with a crippled assistant!! Shropshires and Welsh Balwen all done , nearly broken me just handling them all 😬 thanks to Mum and dad for rolling the wool , just the rest of the Manx Loaghtan for me to do now 💪🙄

I want to give a huge shout out to everyone who helped with our parades we couldn’t have done it without you 🥰
Firstly Sue who not only helped with the sheep but also put on a fantastic spinning demo , Lynn Collins for washing carding and spinning our wool samples ❤️Bridget with the society ,Jo , Mark , Gemma and Joe with the society , The Junior pig club and of course Mum , Jack Thomas and Meg .. What a team!!🎉🎉
