Jo's Cabin at ystrad mynach park , serving hot and cold food and drinks , coffees served from a coffee machine supplied by BIG DOG COFFEE , we accept card and cash although cash is preferred where possible.

A powerful and physical prop who is a fantastic addition to the squad on his return. Strong in both attack and defence, Rowan brings plenty of aggression and power to the forward pack. After a short spell away from the game, it’s great to have him back, and he looks set to be a real asset to the team this season.
