On the Menu:

Appetizers
• Cheese marinated in olive oil and Provençal herbs
• Savory cake with olives and ham

• Fresh vegetable crudités with the chef’s signature mayonnaise

Main Course
The legendary Coq au Vin — chicken slowly braised in red wine with mushrooms and bacon. We’ll be cooking it over an open fire right before your eyes, while you sip wine and enjoy the appetizers.
Served with silky, buttery potato purée inspired by the recipe of renowned chef Joël Robuchon — unlike any mashed potatoes you’ve ever tried.

Dessert
Figs gently poached in a spiced syrup, served with a cloud of lime-scented whipped cream.
After dinner — a sunset bonfire and the magic of a Georgian summer.
