It is with tremendous sadness that all of us at Granik's Guide lament the passing of Malkhaz Khabedia. Malkhaz was a man of manifold (often quiet) gifts, and he used his gifts to inspire and encourage the development of Georgian wine and Georgian winemakers toward ever-increasing quality of soulful expression. He was a true legend and gave courage to many. Now that he has passed into the realm of pure, positive energy, we hope and trust that his spirit will live on and continue to inspire those who follow.
