Wine Company “Kabis Toni” was founded in 2016. The company aims to produce high quality wines from Georgian endemic vine varieties.

Each type of wine is produced in limited quantities, at least 100, up to 1000 bottles, meaning that only one Qvevri.

👏მოხარული ვართ, რომ ევროკავშირი-საქართველოს ბიზნეს საბჭოს ახალი წევრი კომპანია შემოუერთდა - Kabis Toni

✅კომპანია Kabis Toni დაარსდა 2016 წელს. კომპანიის მიზანია ქართული ენდემური ვაზის ჯიშებისაგან მაღალი ხარისხის, განსხვავებული სტილის, ღვინის წარმოება ქართული ტრადიციული მეთოდით. კომპანიის სახელწოდება მომდინარეობს იშვიათი ქართული ენდემური ვაზის ჯიშისგან კაბისტონი, რომელის ორ სიტყვაზე გაყოფის შედეგად, ვიღებთ განსხვავებულ მნიშვნელობას - „[ქალის] კაბის ტონს“, რაც მიუთითებს იმაზე, რომ კომპანიის დამფუძნებელი და მეღვინე ქალია.

🔹კომპანიის დამფუძნებელი - ქეთი ჯურხაძე ღვინის საერთაშორისო ექსპერტი და ჟიურის წევრია ისეთი საერთაშორისო კონკურსების, როგორიცაა: Concours Mondial de Bruxelles , MUNDUS VINI და Turkish Wine Challenge, იგი თითქმის 15 წელია საქართველოს ღვინისა და ალკოჰოლური სასმელების სადეგუსტაციო კომისიის ჟიურის წევრია, ჩართულია სხვადასხვა სამეცნიერო კვლევებში და არის რამდენიმე სამეცნიერო პუბლიკაციის ავტორი.

🔸Kabis Toni დღეის მდგომარეობით, ღვინოს აწარმოებს ისეთი ყურძნის ჯიშებისაგან როგორიცაა: საფერავი, ჩინური, თავკვერი, ხიხვი და ჩხავერი. კომპანიის ღვინოები საქართველოში შეგიძლიათ იხილოთ ღვინის სპეციალიზებულ მაღაზიებში, ბუტიკებში, ასევე პრემიუმ კლასის ბარებისა და რესტორნების მენიუში.

🔹2021 წელს, კომპანიამ საფერავი ახალი ბრენდით Kata Marani-ს სახელით წარადგინა ბაზარზე, აქვე ავღნიშნავთ რომ როგორც KabisToni-ს ბრენდით წარმოებული ღვინოები ასევე Kata Marani-ს საფერავი, წარმატებით იყიდება ისეთ საერთაშორისო ბაზრებზე, როგორიცაა სინგაპური, შვედეთი და აშშ.

✅The company Kabis Toni was established in 2016. The company's goal is to produce high-quality, different-style wine from Georgian endemic grape varieties based on the traditional Georgian method. The name of the company is derived from the rare Georgian endemic grape variety. After dividing the name into two words, we get a different meaning "the tone of the [woman's] dress", what alludes to the fact that the winemaker is a woman.

🔹The company’s founder - Keti Jurkhadze is an international wine expert and a judge in international wine competitions, such as Concours Mondial de Bruxelles , MUNDUS VINI and Turkish Wine Challenge. She has been a jury member of the Georgian Wine and Spirits Tasting Commission for almost 15 years and is actively involved in various scientific studies, also, she is an author of several scientific publications.

🔸As of today, Kabis Toni produces wine from such grape varieties as Saperavi, Chinuri, Tavkveri, Khikhvi and Chkhaveri. The company wines can be found locally in Georgia in specialised wine shops, boutiques as well as the in the menus of premium class bars and fine dining restaurants.

🔹In 2021, the company introduced a new brand of Saperavi to the market: Kata Marani. Notably, wines produced under the brand of Kabis Toni as well as Saperavi from Kata Marani are successfully sold in international markets, such as Singapore, Sweden and the US.
