White Bunny offers the rare grape variety wines called QS (Qisturi Saghvine) & Aleksandrouli The phrase "Follow the white bunny " means to follow an idea or a concept which may lead to a wonderful place. Natalia Dakishvili is a representative of one of the well-known winemaking families in Georgia and abroad. Besides the traditional family winemaking at Dakishvili Family Vineyards, she arranged
a new vineyard and cultivated the rare grape variety called “Qisturi Saghvine” & Alexandrouli at her grandparent’s ancient plot of land in Kakheti region, Akhmeta in 2020. The grape variety called “Qisturi Saghvine” was forgotten by wine producers for many years. It was found by Natalia’s brother Giorgi Dakishvili and re-cultivated from several buds. As Dakishvili family roots are connected to the Pankisi Valley, Natalia had more interest in restoring the grape variety called “Qisturi Saghvine”, as this is a rare vine variety. In 2020, Natalia received the first (small) harvest and produced just few bottles of wine that will remain in the family history. It should be noted that “Qisturi Saghvine” is characterized by the abundant repentance, yield and different taste and aroma. The first production of this important innovation is sparkling wine „ White Bunny”- founded as a brand of joy and happiness. In 2023, Natalia produced for the first-time sparkling wine called „White Bunny “, from the harvest collected in 2021. "White Bunny" is not accidentally associated with the blessed Easter holiday. For Natalia, "White Bunny" is a Muse and Inspiration"- a symbol of birth of a new life, the joy and happiness, respectively "White Bunny" is chosen and introduced as a brand.
