I’ve had lambchops before; I just didn’t know I liked it this much until I had ours. …And paired with that creamy mashed potato and buttered French beans — whew, I was made!🤤

My sugar bby is a certified pizza eater and has a somewhat refined pallet.🤌

So when he said this pizza was chef kiss and so much better than most of what he’s had, I believed him ten toes down!

The art of pizza making is intricate; the proofing and fermentation of the dough, getting the accurate crust width and ultimately making the perfect tomato concasse.

Each step is crucial to the final look, texture and ultimate taste of the pizza.

Take me back to that golden fried calamari!🥹 Whew! Crunchy, crunchy goodness which paired so well with the noodles.

I subconsciously ticked the Russian Salad to be better (cos of the vavavoom dressing😹) than the Ricotta but boy! Was I wrong? 600%!!!🤭

It was actually very delicious in its own right and I finished it in one sitting😹 But, that Ricotta Salad won my heart hands down! For someone not a salad person, it’s currently my favorite☺️

This Cajun Butter Salmon is everything it looks like. Well seasoned, flavorful, juicy and super delicious. No default musty fishy smell. Just pure magic. I didn’t think I’d like it much but it was straight up one of my favorite things we made! I loveeeeet with everything in me.

Oh no, this is not a Client’s Pastry Package.🤭 It is work I produced in under 6hrs.

The chocolate muffins oozed such rich tangible cocoa flavour (the kind that calms your senses) I could literally eat!

And the S-F-O-G-L-I-A-T-E-L-L-E, it was a steal and my absolute best from the day! (…Might look like samosa but no it’s not🫣)

You should be my absolute favorite human in the entire universe for me to make it for you cos the complexity and amount of work involved, no please, I’ll pass 🤣

Starting off on the Chinese-Style Fried Rice:

We learnt about the type of rice to use, the type of veggies to use; their quantity and cut size, how to build the flavour profile and overall how to maintain the right texture of both rice and veggies.

It was distinctly flavourful and VERY delicious! Ofc, our Instructor introduced us to a secret ingredient which elevates taste of dishes but it’s for our eyes and ears only so I’ll miss you that one 🤭

Anyway, we created a ton of sweet and savory magic on Day 2 of our pastry masterclass.😍

It was fun through and through and of course we had a lot of goodies to send home 🤭
