We had an incredible time at Ghana Month at Kuriftu African Village in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, organized by .

‘57 Chocolate hosted a live demonstration on moulding your own bar using our chocolate from Ghana and coffee from Ethiopia—what Bridge 54 proudly called the “Bridge Bar,” celebrating the connection between two rich origins.

We also exhibited our range of products, with our Moringa chocolate emerging as a standout favorite among guests in Ethiopia.

Our co-founder, Kim, traveled with three members of our team and shared the story of ‘57 Chocolate, highlighting the powerful potential for collaboration between Ghana and Ethiopia in the cocoa and coffee value chains.
