We hosted students from the (British School in Lomé) for an immersive bean-to-bar experience.

From exploring trees to molding their own , they got a hands-on look at how it all comes together. They even split into teams—Afro Choc and Rich Bites—to create their own brands and craft their own chocolate from scratch.

The future of chocolate is in good hands. ✨

This International Women’s Day, the incredible women behind ‘57 Chocolate are celebrating the power, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere by reciting Maya Angelou’s iconic poem, “And Still I Rise.”

This poem reminds us that no matter the obstacles, women continue to rise…with courage, dignity, and hope.

Here’s to the women who paved the way, the women leading today, and the girls who will shape tomorrow.

🇬🇭 Ghana turns 69 today.

On March 6, 1957, Ghana became the first sub-Saharan African country to gain independence.

At ’57 Chocolate, we honor that legacy by transforming Ghana’s cocoa into exceptional chocolate. Our hope? That more businesses will add value to Africa’s natural resources right where they come from.

Today we celebrate National Chocolate Day in Ghana, aka Valentine’s Day 🍫❤️

A day that honors our rich cocoa heritage and the farmers who make it all possible.

We created ’57 Chocolate to transform Ghana’s world-class cocoa into luxury, bean-to-bar chocolate made proudly at home, adding value, celebrating creativity, and telling a sweeter Ghanaian story.

Happy National Chocolate Day!
