✨CRISPY ROLLS ✨

The fear of soggy rolls after you fry them has been why some of you have been hesitant in getting the frozen ones. I do not blame you. Even with years of expertise, sometimes I still miss it. Today I’m sharing, how to get crispy spring rolls and samosas.

✨Fry your spring rolls while frozen.

✨Deep fry your rolls and samosas. The oil should be enough to cover the rolls.

✨Make sure your oil is well heated before you put in your rolls. You should see the oil bubbling once you drop in the rolls.

✨Take it out after when the color changes to golden brown. For Pleasures spring rolls that is about 10 minutes of deep frying.
