JOB PROFILE
As an Administrative Assistant, your role is to assist in various administrative and clerical duties. These include providing support to customers, employees, and team leads, and managing the company's general administrative activities.

TASK
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and clients.
Maintain contact lists.
Submit and reconcile expense and revenue reports.
Manage back-office app to accept orders.
Receive and distribute orders to dispatch riders.
Organize and execute daily work schedule for dispatch riders.
Provide general support to visitors.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
An HND/SHS certificate with proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment. Proficiency in MS Office.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Technologically savvy. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
