Oxygen8 concept is a compelling, innovative, leadership, skill maximization, capacity building and training firm with programs modeled to step up the KNOW-HOW for personal, professional, academic and societal or communal excellence.
Our work is about building stronger institutions, communities, neighborhoods, and economies, and we believe that the youth are an important leverage point in that work.
The environmental landscape of South Tongue especially Sogakope is changing and ‘schooling’ is not enough. Building a highly ethical and moral community and ensuring that lives are not only impacted but transformed has become pertinent.
These changes are creating potential for new ways of infusing both information and entertainment together to build not only the academic acumen of the youth in Sogakope but help shape their moral lives too.

Mission statement
To inspire and let people aspire to become what they dream of becoming. In doing so, we seek to cultivate vibrant communities by connecting the youth with the skills, information and services they need to make a living and a life.
In furtherance of our mission, we will do this by:
 Providing educational workshops in schools and community centers.
 Training peer educators’/brand ambassadors to be youth leaders who teach others and speak out on social vices.
 Developing personal development and capacity building curricular that monitors the change process of our youth.

Vision Statement
We envision a society in which all people are safe in their homes, schools and communities; are treated with respect and dignity; and have equal opportunities to develop and activate their leadership abilities.

The brand name OXYGEN8 stems from two perspectives;

-Oxygen: is an important part of the atmosphere, and is necessary to sustain most terrestrial life as it is used in respiration. Thus we seek to be a life giving and a life transforming firm that breathes life into the lives of the youth most of whom are despairing in these times.

-eight (8): in theology signifies the birth of ‘new beginnings’. In mathematics It is the only nonzero perfect power that is one less than another perfect power, by Mihâilescu’s Theorem. Thus we seek to help the youth by empowering them with relevant information that will propel them to begin their lives on a perfect slate.
