AMAATI Company Limited is a social Enterprise based in Tamale, Northern region. We are specialize in processing and selling Fonio. Fonio is a small cereal that contains a lot of nutritional components that isn't found in today’s major cereals. This product when consumed will bridge that nutritional gap and provide more iron , amino acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc and manganese than what is found in other grains. It also contains high levels of methionine and cystine, amino acids essential to our health which our body cannot produce on its own. Fonio grains can play a vital role in nourishing human health. Plus it’s great for those who need gluten free cereals! We process and sell DIM Fonio in 500 gram bags ready for you to cook and enjoy. This cereal is tasty and can be used for variety of dishes (Plain Fonio, Fonio Jollof, Fonio Wakye, salads and cakes and will add variety to your menu.
