CHOCO BANANA PANCAKE RECIPE

Ingredients
*3/4 cup flour
*1 egg
*1 ripe banana
*2–3 tbsp Top Choco Pure Cocoa Powder
*1 tbsp baking powder
*1 tbsp sugar
*1/2 tsp vanilla essence
*3/4 cup milk
*A little hot water (optional, to adjust consistency)
*Top Choco Chocolate Spread (for drizzling)

Method/Steps
1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add the egg, milk, sugar, and vanilla essence. Mix well until combined.
3. Add the flour, Top Choco Pure Cocoa Powder, and baking powder. Mix gently until you get a smooth, thick batter. Do not overmix.
4. If the batter is too thick, add a little hot water to loosen it slightly.
5. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes.
7. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fully cooked.
8. Remove from heat and drizzle with melted Top Choco Chocolate Spread. Serve warm.
