Cold stores
Our three cold stores (350 MT to 750 MT capacity) are supported by triple operating systems. Each cold store has three cooling units of which one is sufficient to maintain a tempera

ture of -25 °C per cold store. In addition to the public electricity supply, two stand-by generators are installed, of which each can support all cold stores and the processing plant. Computerized systems check the cold storage operations without interruption. Products
Black Tiger Shrimps (Penaeus Monondon), White Shrimp (Penaeus Notialis), Lobster (Panulirus SPP). The sea frozen seafood and factory processed products can be easily customized as long as the production process ensures top quality. Only excellent quality raw material is used to produce peeled shrimp. The constant use of running cold water from the in-house water treatment plant, is essential. Ice flakes are constantly administered during the production process. All staff undergo regular medical checks. Wearing gloves and masks in the factory is a must.
