Fried battered cod
Fried Calamari
Cioppino with homemade lobster stock, clam stock, scallops, shrimp, mussels, and cod
And some tempura broccoli and mushrooms to have some veggies involved 😂

Celebrating family today with traditional dishes including tourtière, spiced pumpkin bread, potatoes au gratin, plamier cookies and lots and lots of wine! Cheers 🥂!

Happy Halloween 🎃!

I baked a whole lot of pumpkin things this weekend and one was pumpkin crème brûlée. Now I don’t have a fancy blow torch (even though I know they are super cheap 💀, just pure lazinesss☠️) so I use the broiler to burn the top. It may not look exactly right but I tell ya the crunch is there!
