Since 1856, Trikalinos Family produces and trades Grey Mullet Bottarga Known in Greece as Avgotaraho, which is a delicacy of cured mullet roe that goes back to ancient Greeks and Egyptians. The heritage of preserving the roes of the female grey mullet, in using the
sea breeze, drying under the Mediterranean sun and sealing in natural beeswax, passes for four generations from grandfather to son in

the Trikalinos family . Today, the quality assurance system and modern facilities of the company ensure that the Trikalinos Grey Mullet Bottarga is produced in certified sanitation, with 24h monitoring systems, to bring you the freshest and purest nourishments of the sea.
